A: Please click on the "Order" button at the top of the page. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Then hit - Submit!
Q. I filled out the form, now what?
A: Once I receive your form I will get back in touch with you via email to let you know if I have the date you requested available and give you a quote based on the information you provided. Your order will not be booked until you reply back to me that you have accepted the quote and I will then send you an invoice. Booking is not confirmed until 50% deposit has been received and an email with confirmation of date has been provided to you.
Invoice must be paid within 24 hours of quote given to ensure that your date and time is guaranteed. If invoiced is not paid within 24 hours of being sent you will forfeit the available date and pick-up time listed on invoice.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?
A: I only book a set number of cookie orders per week. I really need a minimum of two weeks notice for custom cookie orders. This allows me to order the cutters and any other special request items should I not already have them on hand. Should your date fall within the two week period please contact me as I will try to get you on the schedule should my work load allow.
Q: How Much do your Cookies Cost?
A: Please see information on "PRICING" page above.
Q. When is payment due?
A: A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of an invoice being sent for your order to be booked on my calendar. Remaining balance is due 6 days prior to pick up. Should your remaining balance not be paid 6 days prior to pick up your order will be cancelled. Deposit is 100% refundable if notice of cancellation is given in writing 7 days prior to confirmed pick up date via email to sugardaisycookieshoppe@gmail.com.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A: I am able to refund your order if notice is given to me in writing 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday pre-order sale cookies. Any holiday cookies that are left 24 hours after the pick up times have ended will be forfeited with no refund unless other arrangements have been made by me in writing.
Q. Do you make nut-free or gluten free cookies?
A: No, I am sorry but at this time I am not set up to make cookies that are allergen free. My cookies contain: butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond extract, salt, flour. Cookies are made in a home kitchen that contains nuts, so we are not a nut-free facility.
Q: Can you deliver or ship your cookies?
A: No, it is illegal for me to ship my cookies due to the Texas Cottage Food Law. And I do not offer a delivery service at this time.
Q: How long will your cookies last?
A: Cookies will stay fresh for up to two weeks if enclosed in an air- tight container or heat-sealed package.
